The Concorde holds a special place in our hearts here at the HQ, not just because the sculpture we executed for The Peninsula is the craziest thing we have ever done, but because it represents one of the only pieces of technology that society has gone BACKWARDS from. Travel, at least as time is concerned, moved backward from its peak of supersonic travel; it's a fascinating thing.
This art represents a hybridized technical drawing of our sculpture, blending the 3D form and the immensely complex internal machining/substructure. At home in a home office or man cave as a nod toward the dare to dream—for the Concorde herself and for us, undertaking a once-in-a-generation sculpture.
