Discommon Legends is an ongoing series allowing us to explore our love affair with the forms, lines, and silhouettes of automotive icons. While not attempting to be literal in our representation of the iconic vehicle, these artworks express features and shapes from the legend that we are inspired by. Our 3D “emerging” silhouettes were first seen in a bespoke coffee table we made for a client and have since become an enjoyable staple of our work. The bespoke furniture commissions continue, but Legends allows us to bring our complex modeled surfaces to a broader audience.

This limited edition print ships either framed or unframed from our chosen printer in London (US customers note). The prints are museum-grade using archival gicleé inks on a Hahnemühle Pearl paper. This paper was chosen specifically for its slight “orange peel” texture and reproduction of these greyscale images.
